PURPOSE:To make a wash water of impregnated matter harmless by arranging a screw press, transit tanks and a settling tank. CONSTITUTION:A large number of aluminum castings, which have been placed in an impregnation basket 14 and impregnated in the lump, are dipped into No.1 washing tank 11 and washed for the first time. Next, they are pulled up out of No.1 tank and the second washing is carried out in No.2 washing tank 12. Further, the third washing is carried out afterward in No.3 washing tank 13. After finishing these washings, aluminum castings are dipped in hot water in a hardening tank and the impregnating liquid is hardened. By using this apparatus, the wash water of impregnated matter can be easily treated. |
