PURPOSE:To obtain sound reproducing of a recording picture in response to the image read in at the reception side, by making agreement the period of a shift clock to the period of the clock of scanning fed to a read-in transmission side, and shifting the recording position of each video information toward sub-scanning direction by the same amount as the transmission. CONSTITUTION:Video information input serially to the reception side recorder is converted into parallel signal at a serial parallel conversion circuit 11 and stored in a video information storage circuit 12. Further, the video information in n-bit stored in the circuit 12 is fed to a high voltage driver 16 in the timing sequentially shifted by the period of the shift clock d according to the recording pulses f1, f2...fn, to sequentially drive the n sets of recording elements on the recording had not shown. In this case, by making agreement the period of the clock d to the period of the scanning clock fed to the read-in head at the transmission side, the recording position of each video information in n-bit toward the subscanning direction accompanied with the movement of the recording head is shifted by the same amount as the case with transmission, and the recording picture in response to the image read in at the reception side is reproduced. |
