PURPOSE:To obtain stable beam transmissive property by inserting thin ring-shaped iron plates in several places between pole pieces and magnets. CONSTITUTION:Insertion of very thin ring-shaped iron plates 6 between pole pieces 6 and magnets 5 allows to change the total length of a cyclic permanent magnet in its extending direction. Accordingly, if the thickness of the pole pieces 4 can be substantially changed, it will reduce such a problem as instability of beam transmission caused from the difference in the both sizes which may occur at the time of installing balls in the cyclic permanent magnet. |
