PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a temperature detector and increase the degree of its accuracy by applying a clock pulse to a time-constant circuit which has temperature dependency to obtain temperature data from the logical output of its integration output and the clock pulse. CONSTITUTION:The clock pulse is inputted to a time-constant circuit 1 which comprises a thermistor Th, a capacitor C and a resistor R and whose time constant varies with temperature. On the output side of the time-constant circuit 1 an inverter 2 which is inverted when its integration voltage exceeds a given value is connected, and on whose output end an AND gate 3 whih ANDs the output of the inverter 2 and the clock pulse from an input terminal IN is connected. Said AND gate 3 outputs signals including temperature data. |
