<p>PURPOSE:To effectively protect the inner walls of flue from corrosion caused by the dew point of sulfuric acid for a long period of time by orderly coating a latex-mixed mortar layer, a foam-mixed heat insulation layer, and an acid-and heat-resistant aqueous paint on the inner walls of the flue. CONSTITUTION:On the inner walls of the concrete flue of an electrical dust collector, a mortar consisting of a cement, a latex, quartz sand, and water is coated in an amount of 0.5-2kg/m<2> on dry basis, and then after drying, a mortar mixed with a foamed and heat-insulating fine material, e.g., pearlite, etc., is coated as an intermediate layer in an amount of approx. 5kg/m<2>. And, when the intermediate layer is in a semidried state, an acid-and heat-resistant aqueous paint is further coated on the intermediate layer in an amount of 200g-2kg/m<2>. Thus, cracking in the paint film can be prevented and also corrosion in iron reinforcement, etc., in the concrete by sulfuric acid formed from sulfurous acid gas can be suppressed.</p> |
