<p>PURPOSE:To enable an automatic translation braking of regenerative, rheostatic braking corresponding to the loading condition of the stringing side of a simple main circuit connection and a simple control means by a method wherein a resistor connected to a main motor in a series is short circuit controlled by a specific method or others. CONSTITUTION:Using the circuit as shown in the figure, in the case of the volt VFC in the filter capasitor 3 is surpassed the prescribed voltage by the reduction of stringing side load while the regenerative braking, detect it by the voltage detector 4 etc. to fire the thyristor 7 in the circuit of resistance 6 for generating brake, this combined control of regenerative and rheotatic braking is performed.
