<p>The transportable meat grilling installation has a bearing providing a mainly horizontal, rotatable positioning of the grill spit and with a drive to rotate the grill spit round its axis. In addition there is a heating system made as an electric heater positioned inside a housing protecting the whole installation from the weather. There is also a connecting plug through which both the heater and the drive motor are connected to the normal electric domestic current circuit. The housing is fitted with a door for easy access to the grilled meat. The grilling installation is designed for an optimum operating time of between 4 and 5 hours and the drive motor is adjusted to provide a rotation speed of between 0.1 and 0.2 revolutions per minute.</p> |
