<p>One or more chambers (a) revolving round a suction aperture (6) and a blower aperture (7) are filled with dirt and rubbish, which is conveyed into a container or onto an elevator, in the course of revolution, in a machine working on roads, paths, factory yards or similar surfaces. Their rate of revolution is adjustable. One side of the chambers may be curved against the direction of revolution to prevent swept material from returning to the swept surface. Rubbish no longer located in the current of air may be sprayed with water, during revolution, to settle dust. Chambers may incorporate automatically cleaned filters.</p> |
