PURPOSE:To shorten the time of the formation of a disk by coating a base film with an ultraviolet curing resin. CONSTITUTION:At formation part 11, a signal is formed on the surface of ultraviolet-ray curing resin 51. Formation part 11 consists of cast barrel 12 and press barrel 13 and between those two cylinders, base film 50 with a resin 51 layer is passed to form the rugged signal on the resin 51 surface. Cast barrel 12 at the side of the ultraviolet curing resin 51 layer has stamper 14, having the spiral rugged singal, fitted around its circumference. This invention performs its curing and formation in the same process; press barrel 13 of formation part 11 is made of ultraviolet transmissive glass in a cylinder shape, tubular ultraviolet-ray lamp 15 is arranged inside of it, and hood 16 is provided in its middle to irradiate the resin before the formation with no ultraviolet rays while irradiating a part after the formation with them collectively. |
