PURPOSE:To read out the content of memory simply and to enable the write-in to other PROMs, by providing the password memory section instructing the through or inversion, with the bidirectional data conversion section. CONSTITUTION:A bidirectional data conversion section 2 is connected between the data terminals D1-Dn of the processor section 1 having various data processing functions and the data terminals D1'-Dn' of the microprocessor package, and the function passing through or inverting the transmission data is given to the conversion section 2. Further, the pass words DP1-DPn giving the data conversion reference of through or inversion are stored to the pass word memory section 3 for the conversion section 2 externally. The pass words DP1-DPn stored in the memory section 3 are fed to the exclusive logical sum circuits EOR1-EORn, EOR1'-EORn' of the conversion section 2 inputting the data from the processor 1 to selectively operate EOR1'-EORn', and the memory content is read out for write-in. |
