PURPOSE:To facilitate automatic assembly of the air conditioner by combining several separate blocks after automatically assembled through respective automation lines. CONSTITUTION:The entire air conditioner is divided into 6 blocks - - a base block 31, casing block 32, a condenser block 33, electric device block 34, an enclosure block 35 and a face cover block 36. First, the blocks are respectively assembled on exclusive conveyors. Then, the casing block 32 is laid on the base block 31 as the main strengthening member. The electric block 34 and the condenser block 33 are installed and the freezing cycle is welded. The enclosure 35 and the face cover 36 are installed and finally, a trial run is conducted. |
