PURPOSE:To simplify the setting operation the operator, by using the common format definition sheet in which the location code indicating the location of document type code is described for the document to be fed next. CONSTITUTION:The part 6 for the common format definition sheet is the part described with the common code 000 indicating the common format definition sheet, and the part 7 is the part where the location code indicating the location described with the document type code to be fed next is described. Thus, in reading in the document, after describing the location code in the part 7 of the definition sheet of the common format in advance, this is input to the page OCR. Thus, the describing location of the document type code of the document to be fed next can be indicated to avoid troublesomeness of the operator to set this location manually. |
