Basische Äther der allgemeinen Formel I <IMAGE> worin Z CH3-NR²-CH2CH2-CHR¹-, (1-R²-3-piperidyl)-CHR³-, (1-R²-2-piperidyl)-CH2-CHR³- oder 1-R²-3-R<4>-4-hexahydroazepinyl, R¹ Cyclopropyl oder Ar, R² H, Alkyl mit 1 - 4 C-Atomen, Alkenyl mit 2 - 4 C-Atomen, Cycloalkylalkyl mit 4 - 8 C-Atomen oder Benzyl, R³ H oder Ar, R<4> H oder Alkyl mit 1 - 4 C-Atomen, Y -O-CHQ¹-CHQ²-CH2-, -O-CHQ¹-CHQ²-CO-,-O-CQ¹ = CQ²-CO- oder -CH2-CHQ¹-CHQ²-CO-, Q¹ und Q² jeweils H, Alkyl mit 1 - 4 C-Atomen, Cycloalkyl mit 3-6 C-Atomen oder Ar und Ar Phenyl oder durch F, Cl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio mit jeweils 1 - 4 C-Atomen, Methylendioxy oder CF3 substituiertes Phenyl bedeuten, worin jedoch R¹ Cyclopropyl oder durch F, Cl, Alkoxy oder Alkylthio mit jeweils 1 - 4 C-Atomen, Methylendioxy oder CF3 substituiertes Phenyl bedeutet, wenn gleichzeitig Z eine (CH3)2N-CH2CH2-CHR¹-Gruppe in 7-Stellung und Y -O-C(C6H5)=CH-CO-oder-O-C(C6H5)=C(CH3)-CO- bedeuten, sowie deren physiologisch unbedenkliche Säureadditionssalze besitzen wertvolle pharmakologische, insbesondere antidepressive Wirkungen.
