<p>A stirrup 2 (of double dog-leg shape 12, 13, 14) is slidingly engaged with a runner bar 1, and is latched in at least two predetermined positions by the engagement of a spring detent (obscured from view by bar 1) engaging in one of the apertures 7. The engagement between the stirrup and the bar is by means of headed studs 10 on the stirrup.
