PURPOSE:To improve the quality and productivity of an obtained information record duplicate by a constitution wherein a radiation hardening resin is poured into a gap between an information recording metallic mold and a backing support member and the backing support member is pressed without contact by means of a presser plate having a gas blow-off port. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of a flat plate type information recording metallic mold 1 and a presser plate 9 having air inlets 12. And a backing support member 7 is placed on the upper end face of a pouring shaft 4 protruding from an the information recording metallic mold 1 in order that the backing support member 7 may not contact with the information recording metallic mold 1 taking a constant space and a given quantity of liquid type radiation hardening resin 16 is poured into the space between the support member 7 and the metallic mold 1 from a pouring port 4b of the pouring shaft 4. Next thereto, while exhausting a pressure applying gas from the inlet port 12 of the presser plate 9, the presser plate 9 is moved downward, and an information transfer layer 8 of the backing support member 7 is pressed without contact by means of the pressure applying gas. Then, the radiation hardening resin 16 is applied to the transfer layer 8 with a constant film pressure and then it is hardened, and with this, a flat plate type information record carrier coated with a new information signal transfer layer is duplicated. |
