PURPOSE:To remove coloring components, high COD components, oil etc. contained in color check waste soln. simultaneously and economically, by treating the waste soln. from color check of steel material by adsorption with coke for sintering furnace and successively with activated carbon. CONSTITUTION:The waste soln. of color check is treated first with coke for sintering furnace <=3mm. in particle diameter so as to reduce most of the coloring components, high COD components, and oil by adsorption, then the waste soln. is treated with activated carbon thereby further reducing said components. The coke having been used in said treatment is used as carbon material for sintering furnace as usual. |
