PURPOSE:To form a picture with a high resolution and an excellent water resisting property without generating cloggings at an ink nozzle by a method wherein a combination of a specific recording medium and a water ink is used. CONSTITUTION:A water ink containing one or more kinds of water soluble direct dye (example: C.T. direct black 4) and a water soluble acid dye (C.I. acid red) is supplied for printing on a recording medium (size degree within a range of 0-15 seconds, especially, a paper having a size degree of 0 second is favorable) having two or more valencies metallic water solvent compound [example: Ca(OH)2, Fe(SO4)] in its superficial layer, at least. |
