PURPOSE:To obtain a printing head of a miniature and thin type, operation thereof is stable and sure and a driving efficiency is high, wherein permanent magnets arranged circumferentially, a printing lever capable of displacement to a plate face direction, and a movable coil and a guide piece positioned at a space between permanent magnets, are provided. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse type current is applied to a movable coil 4, a displacement force operates to the movable coil 4 by the cooperation between the pulse type current and a magnetic flux operating through a space. A printing lever 3 is made elastical to deform its spring part 3b resisting against its own spring force and an inner end part 3d which is a wire 5, of the printing lever advances to the left side to form a dot. Next thereto, the wire 5 and the printing lever 3 return to the rest position by means of the spring force of the spring part 3b. At this returning time, the inner end part 3d of the printing lever 3 collides with an impact absorption member 6 and its returning energy is moderated and absorbed, thus, the collision sound is made small and the rebound is rapidly attenuated. |
