PURPOSE: To comparatively easily strip a partial temporary adhesive material by forming an adhesion inhibiting layer on a part of a main face of a base material, so that the adhesive strength of a heat adhesive resin layer is partially impaired to be weakly adhered to a postal card mount. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive face of a partial temporary adhesive material 12 to a postal card mount 10, is divided into a part where a heat adhesive resin layer 20 is exposed as it is, and a part of an adhesion inhibiting layer 22 where the adhesive strength of the heat adhesive resin layer 20 is impaired so that it is weakly adhered to a postal card mount 10. Whereby the part where the heat adhesive resin layer 20 is exposed, can be strongly adhered to the postal card mount 10, and the part where the adhesion inhibiting layer 22 is formed, is weakly adhered to the postal card mount, when the partial temporary adhesive material, is adhered to the postal card mount 10 by heating. Accordingly, on the part of the adhesion inhibiting layer 22, the partial temporary adhesive material 12 can be comparatively easily stripped from the postal card mount 10, whereby a lottery part formed on a main face of the postal card mount 10, appears. |
