PURPOSE:To avoid the deterioration of filter characteristics through external force exerted at cut-off, by providing a notch at a part of fine frame welding conversion elements of supports in advance and providing terminals through cut-off after welding the torsional oscillation conversion elements and resonators. CONSTITUTION:At a part of fine frame of the support 11 in common use with input and output terminals folding the metallic plate of lattice and rectangular L type having continuous holes, cuts 12 and 13 are provided. Further, the conversion element 4 and the resonator 5 are welded to the fine frame and they are coupled with the coupler 6 of longitudinal oscillation mode. After that, the support 11 is separated into three by cutting it at the cuts 8 and 10, and they are respectively connected to the input side hot terminal, ground terminal and output side hot terminal. |
