<p>PURPOSE:To increase the productivity by taking in the condition of rolled material and the condition of rolling changing momentarily, deciding the shortest time of acceleration and deceleration according a signal thus obtained, and applying the result to actual rolling. CONSTITUTION:A winder 1, etc. driven by a motor 4 is provided with a rotational number detector 5 and a rolling speed detector 6, the outside diameter of a coil is operated by an outside-diameter operator 13, while the output of the outside- diameter operator 13, an inside-diameter setter 8, a temporary width setter 9 and a specific gravity setter 10 is given to a GD<2> operator 14 to find the GD<2> of the coil. Meanwhile, the output of a tensile force setter 11 is added to a load torque operator 15 to find actual load torque, and further, a machine loss torque is added by the output of a speed setter 12 to find the necessary torque. And, these conditions are inputted to an acceleration-deceleration time operator 19 and the shortest time of acceleration and deceleration is outputted. Accordingly, while performing the control for aligning the speed of a plurality of units, they can be operated at the shortest time of acceleration and deceleration, whereby the productivity can be raised.</p> |
