PURPOSE:To simultaneously perform resin adherence for a winding and to attempt the improvement of efficiency by providing a disk composed of thermosetting resin at the cup bottom section of a metal mold wherein an armature winding installing glass cloth or the like is inserted in the metal mold and metal molds are tightened from the upper and lower sides. CONSTITUTION:Glass cloth 2 is wound on the internal circumference of an armature winding 1. A disk resin plate 5 made by kneading A-stage thermosetting resin with an additive is placed on a heated A metal mold 4, and a commutator 6 connecting the winding 1 to a derivation wire 3 is placed on the plate 5 and inserted in the metal mold 4 with a shaft 7. Furthermore, a heated B metal mold 8 is inserted from the upper part of the metal mold 4. The winding 1 will be shaped to a predetermined size by inserting the B metal mold 8. Next, a C metal mold 9 is pushed up from the bottom before the B metal mold is inserted up to a predetermined position and the coil end section of a cup opening section is shaped. Then, the B metal mold 8 is inserted as far as the predetermined position. In this way, resin adherence for the winding will simultaneously be performed with very high efficiency. |
