PURPOSE:To efficiently regenerate a used printing plate by closely arranging many polishers each turning on the vertical axis in zigzag, peeling ink, lacquer, etc., and polishing the plate while independently regulating the contact pressures of the polishers. CONSTITUTION:Used printing plate 2 is laid on hard plywood 3 and carried with many independently driving type feed rolls 1..., and at the same time, many polishing brushes 4... each turning on the vertical axis are closely arranged in zigzag over rolls 1.... The contact pressures of brushes 4... to printing plate 2 can be regulated one by one by moving brushes 4... vertically and independently. Thus, an aluminum printing plate which is used only once and then thrown away can be recycled several times by repolishing the surface. |
