PURPOSE:To elevate the stability of the oscillation frequency and the temperature characteristic, by firmly holding the base part of a crystal oscillator by the holding member which serves as that for taking out the electrode, too. CONSTITUTION:Width of the lead terminal 13 at the inner side of the hermetic seal 11 is of an approximate value to that of the base part of the quartz oscillator 10. The base part of the oscillator 10 is supported between said two wide lead terminals 13. In this way, since the base part of the oscillator 10 is firmly supported by the lead terminals which serve as the holding member, too, the oscillatory displacement of the base part of the oscillator 10 is suppressed very well. Accordingly, the Q value of the composite oscillation quartz unit is raised. In addition, oscillation leakage of the quartz unit is suppressed. In this way, the oscillation frequency and the temperature characteristic are elevated. |
