<p>PURPOSE:To improve heat efficiency by forming at least the latter-half stage of a heat exchanger with an anticorrosive material and discharging an exhaust gas into the outside of a chamber through the first-half stage of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:At least the latter-half stage 2' of a heat exchanger 2 is formed with an anticorrosive material and a condensate and an exhaust gas are separated/extracted from the heat exchanger 2. As a result, corrosion of the heat exchanger can be prevented, even if a vapor is condensed into a water and therefore, the temperature of an exhaust gas can be held down to less than 100 deg.C. In addition, a heat evergy discharged to the outside of a chamber can be supplied to the interior of a chamber. Thus it is possible to improve heat efficiency.</p> |
