<p>PURPOSE:To keep smooth rotation at any time by a method wherein a controlling wing is provided rotatively in front of a propeller and an arm having a side wing is protruded on the side of this controlling wing. CONSTITUTION:The controlling wing 4 is provided rotatively in front of the propeller 3, this controlling wing 4 is aligned with the direction of the propeller axis 2 and an arm 5 having a side wing 6 is protruded on the side of this controlling wing 4. Therefore, when the wind speed begins to increase, the wind force given to a side wing 6 causes a turning moment through the arm 5 and the controlling wing 4 resists a spring 7 and is turned in proportion to the wind force. Accordingly, in time of a strong wind, since the controlling wing 4 decreases the airflow given to the propeller it can keep smooth rotation at any time.</p> |
