PURPOSE:An endless chain is fitted so as to go around each device and provided with spit holders so that spits can freely stand and lie, thus permitting automatic and continuous processings in each step. CONSTITUTION:An endless chain 1 supported by guide G is fitted in order to the paste former, finger printer, drier, roaster, product taking-up machine and spit remover in the device for making flattened fish-paste product such as boiled fish paste shaped like a bamboo leaf. A multitude of spit holders are mounted on the chain 1 so that they can freely stand. As the chain goes forward, the spits held with holders 2 are kept standing or lying by guide 9 that is provided all over the length of the chain depending upon the position of each process to pass through each production step such as spitting of the raw material, roasting, taking-out of roasted products, removal of spits and so on, thus producing the product. |
