The concrete wall is cast using a reinforcing frame (3), placed in a trench, which has longitudinal elements (6) passing through a transverse bulkhead (7) and bearing on a plate positioned at one end of the trench. The trench is filled with concrete (10) to form one section of the wall and another trench is excavated in line with the first. The plate is moved to the far end of the new trench and a similar frame (3') is positioned so that the longitudinal elements of the two frames (3,3') overlap. The new trench is filled with concrete (10') and the process is continued.
