PURPOSE:To perform efficient signal transmission by transmitting a two-phase signal via one signal cable by converting it into a signal-phase signal. CONSTITUTION:A two-phase signal generated by an optical encoder, etc., it transmitted by being converted into a single-phase signal. Signal PA is sampled with proper clock CLK and when signal PA changes, a pulse is generated to set flip-flop 17. Signal PB is sampled with clock CLK and at its change, flip-flop 17 is reset. Output signal PC of flip-flop 17 is transmitted to a reception side via optical fiber. At the reception side, the original signal is be obtained through demodulation at the rise and fall of signal PC. |
