PURPOSE:To lower the input standing wave ratio of a high frequency hybrid integrated circuit over a broad range by interposing an attenuator composed of a resistor between an input terminal and matching circuit. CONSTITUTION:In the input side circuit of the high frequency hybrid integrated circuit, matching circuit 4 composed of inductance L and capacity C is connected to base 2 of transistor 1. Between this matching circuit 4 and input terminal 3, attenuator 5 composed of resistor R is interposed to improve its input standing wave ratio uniformly over a broad range. |
