When flexible plastic stamping dies are used to produce a structural surface on films of amino resins, the pores of the finished surface are inclined to agglutinate. The Parent Patent No. 2920740 overcomes this by sticking an adhesion inhibitor foil on the flexible die surface or by applying to it a coating of such an inhibitor powder. The time required for these applications can be saved if an internal high-stability non-stick agent is permanently worked into the surface of the die.
