PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacturing of a rotor of large mechanical strength, by winding on outside circumferential surface of a moving coil a reinforcing thread consisting of fibers and an adhesive-applied fibrous cloth, and then fixing them together thermally with pressure. CONSTITUTION:After a self-melt-joining electric wire is thermally formed and fixed onto outside circumferential surface of a moving coil 4, a fibrous glass reinforcing thread 6 is wound on it. And then, of inside circumferential surface and outside circumferential surface of the moving coil 4, at least, the outside circumferential surface is provided with winding a half-solidified adhesive-applied fibrous glass cloth 5, and it is thermally attached securely. A commutator 3 and a rotary shaft 1 are mounted and formed into a continuous body securely together with coil ends 7 and 9 by a thermal-hardening resin 8. It is possible, by doing so, to prevent the reinforcing thread 6 from disarray and the coil from breakage or damage. |
