PURPOSE:To enable to reproduce the state before momentary interruption at restoration, even if the power supply is momentarily interrupted, by driving the latch circuit with a power supply voltage stored in a hold circuit. CONSTITUTION:The drive source for the latch circuit 4 and the gate circuits 5-7 is fed via the hold circuit 8. The detection circuit 9 receives the powder supply and detects the presence of the power supply voltage to control the gate circuits 5-7. That is, if the power supply is interrupted, the gate circuits 5-7 are closed and the latch circuit 4 is separated from other circuits. Thus, since the latch circuit 4 keeps operation with the power supply voltage kept at the hold circuit 8, the state of the latch circuit 4 is kept until the power supply restores. |
