<p>PURPOSE:To draw out leads for AC input and leads for DC output without crossing them one another by a method wherein the lead plates are mounted in parallel opposing to conductor films formed on both surfaces of an insulating substrate and diodes are fastened among them. CONSTITUTION:Conductor films 22, 23 are formed on both surface of an insulating substrate 21, and lead plates 24, 25 and lead plates 26, 27 are installed in parallel in the one direction opposing to the conductor films 22, 23. A lead plate 28 is drawn from the conductor film 22 in the opposite direction and a lead plate 29 from the conductor film 23, and a diode 30 is brazed between the conductor film 22 and the lead plate 24. A rectifying bridge is formed by fastening diodes 31-33 according to the same manner. Thus, the leads 24-27 for AC input and the leads 28, 29 for DC output are drawn out without crossing them one another, and connection with external circuits can be facilitated.</p> |
