PURPOSE:To avoid the appearance of ringing at an effective scanning period, by increasing the number of switches connected between the stages and the number of stages of one shift register toward X, Y, than the number of video elements corresponding. CONSTITUTION:The horizontal shift register 13 with the same construction as each stage of the horizontal shift register 1 and horizontal switch 14 having the same construction as the horizontal switch 3, are taken. When the horizontal start pulse 6 is input to the left end of the register 13, the register 13 shifts right the ON-state according to the input of the horizontal clock pulse 7. Further, when the register 1 corresponding to the video element 5 is ON, the horizontal effective scanning is started afterward. Thus, before the horizontal effective scanning is started, since the register 13 is already ON-state, no difference is caused to the leakage of clock before and after the start of scanning of horizontal effectiveness. Thus, no ringing is caused during the horizontal effective scanning period. |
