PURPOSE:To enable to monitor a multichannel signal with a simple constitution, by adding different level signals to each output of a plurality of multiplexers and adding the result to an oscilloscope after converting the result of addition into a time series signal. CONSTITUTION:The output of a binary counter 2 is given to each analog multiplexer 3, and the signal converted into a plurality of serial signals based on the input is given to the signal synthesis circuit 4. In this circuit 4, every multiplexer 3, the set value of the level setter 5 set according to the vertical position of the oscilloscope is added at the adder 7 to be output as the time series signal different from the reference level. The time series signals are converted into one system of serial signal based on the output of other binary counters 9 in other analog multiplexer 10 and given to the oscillospcope. Thus, the output of the multiplexer 10 is monitored as the signal having a plurality of levels at the horizontal section and a plurality of channels at the vertical position. |
