PURPOSE:To enable polling communication and to increase the efficiency of usage of lines, by transmitting a single data to a plurality of arbitrary terminals in a loop communication network. CONSTITUTION:Functions such as monitor in the loop are given to the center station CS6 to control the procedure such as establishment of call. Further, all the communications are made via the station CS6 to control the polling communication. A plurality of terminal devices 8 are connected to an exchanging station 7, to which facsimile, word processor and digital telephone are connected. Further, the communication between the station CS6 and the exchanging station 7 is made in frame unit of two types of formats, a single data is transmitted to arbitrary plurality of terminals to enable polling communication and to increase the efficiency of line usage. |
