PURPOSE:To prevent the Brauning phenomena and to reduce the manufacturing cost of a panel glass, by coating a material which shows reverse photochromism and a fluorescent material which emits ultravoilet rays. CONSTITUTION:Fluorescent materials which emit green, blue, and red light respectively are coated in such arrangement as stripes or dots on the inner face of a clear panel using conventional technology, while a fluorescent material which emits ultraviolet rays is coated over the gaps between the stripes or the dots. Then, a reverse photochromic material is coated entirely on the outer face of the panel glass. Since permeation factor approximately the same as those of gray panel or tint panel is achieved, while employing a clear panel, the manufacturing cost of the panel glass can be reduced considerably and the Brauning phenomena can be prevented. |
