PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a rectifying bridge while increasing the reliability thereof by sealing four Schottky barrier diodes having a predetermined reference value while exposing the lead wires thereof, securing the lead wires to a metallic frame, and thereafter auxiliarily sealing them including the lead wires. CONSTITUTION:Four Schottky barrier diodes having a predetermined reference value are selected, and are sealed with seal 8 while projecting the lead wires 9 at both ends externally. Then, the seals 8 are bonded with adhesive 18 to the internal support of the metal lead frame, two pairs of the lead wires 9 projected from the seals 8 are connected with the frame mounting part 10 so as to form a bridge circuit. Thereafter, the seals 8 are sealed with auxiliary seals 20 including the mounts 10, to form a double structure of sealing the diodes. Thus, the bridge characteristics are stabilized, enabling use in high frequency band or in low power voltage. |
