PURPOSE:To obtain a heat sensitive recording heat which can perform high speed printing by increasing current capacity and improve resolution by increasing dot density, at the same time by a method wherein neighboring electrodes on the surface of a resistance film are arranged as close as possible. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 3 are buried in an insulating body 1 in one line exposing their one ends 3a on the surface 1a, and a resistance film 2 is coated over them. To neighboring electrodes, diodes 4 are connected in opposite directions respectively, and if a pulse voltage is applied between terminals (a) and (b), a current flows as diode 4-1 electrode 3-1 resistor 2-1 electrode 3-2 diode 4-2 and the resistor 2-1 partially generates heat. |
