Reinforced concrete flooring panel - includes corrugated iron sheet to bind upper concrete and lower mortar layers together

Concrete floor panels are cast by depositing a bed mortar (5) or other suitable material inside a collapsible frame (1). A corrugated iron sheet (6) is placed over the bed and pressure exerted causing the mortar to penetrate into the grooves in the lower face of the sheet. A layer of concrete (8) is then cast on top of the sheet flush with the upper edges (9) of the frame. Stops (7) pref. limit the downward movement of the sheet when the pressure is exerted. Reinforcing rods (11) pref. extend the length of the frame through holes (12) in the ends.
