PURPOSE:To perform stable measurement precisely and at high speed by making a measuring device separable. CONSTITUTION:So as to investigate the characteristic of a control circuit 1 during its operation, a measuring circuit part 2 is connected with the control circuit 1 by coupling connecting parts 4 and 3. To the connecting part 3 is connected a gate circuit 9, while a delay circuit, the measuring circuit and a circuit to be measured are connected by the gate circuit 9, whereby noises are removed and a stable condition of connection is obtained. In addition, the delay circuit is composed of a delay pulse generating circuit 5, a latch circuit 6 formed of FF and an inverter 7, and when the connecting parts 4 and 3 are connected, the circuit 5 and the inverter 7 are earthed by an earthing circuit 8 and started. |
