The system has a blocking and sealing device for a tubular opening and comprises a hydraulically controlled compression source, axial w.r.t. the tubes opening and connected to a gas cylinder. Transversally moving members partially surround the tube's opening and a pressure regulated source fills the cylindrical cavity of the pipe under pressure to obtain the desired ribbing. To vary the axial compression force along the pipe's opening in sync. with the pressure inside the tubes opening, a programmable pressure variation device is provided. The input of the device is connected to the hydraulic control of the blocking and sealing device and it's output is connected to the tube's opening. An axial compression device has it's input connected to the compressed gas source and it's output to the axial compressor for displacing it's mobile member.
