CONSTITUTION:A battery stamina protecting relay 10-1 as switch is installed between a battery 10-3 and an electric load 10-8 such as headlight, hazard lamp, and tail lamp into which electricity is directly supplied without using a keyswitch 10-2. An engine operation detecting part 10-6 and a battery stamina sensor 10-4 for detecting the reduction of the battery stamina to a prescribed value are installed, and when an engine is not in operation or the battery stamina reduces, the relay 10-1 as switch is operated to OFF, and the reduction of the battery is prevented.
