PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature, lightweight and broad-band piezoelectric sound generating element by connecting a piezoelectric vibrator to a thin film, fixed to a frame with tensile force applied, nearly in the center. CONSTITUTION:While ring-shaped frame 13 is being applied with the tensile force of thin film 11 made of metal, resin, etc., piezoelectric vibrator 12 is connected to the center part of film 11. Piezoelectric vibrator 12 made of two joined piezoelectric ceramic plates 12A and 12B is provided with main electrode 14A, feedback electrode 14B and leading-out electrode 14C from the intermediate part. |
