Door closure for waste containers - includes locking shaft fitted with locking strap joints fitting over locking hooks located on door blade

The closure system is for doors or lids of containers especially waste containers. There is a locking shaft extending along that edge of the door frame facing away from the hinged side and with locking strap joints which fit over locking hooks located on the coordinated door blade edge when closed. The locking hooks (9) extend in the plane of the door blade (2) or in a plane parallel to the door blade and the locking strap joints are formed as bows (8) which fit over the outer side of the hooks (9). The locking shaft (6) has a length adjustable fitting in its bearings (7) and can be moved through threaded bolts (12).
