PURPOSE:To enable to perform the pressure-resistance test between a stator coil and a stator after the completion of motor assembly by providing a cavity communicating a mold resin surface and a stator end surface to each other in the mold resin. CONSTITUTION:A stator 2 wound around with a stator coil 3 together with an end bracket 4 are arranged inside a female metal mold 13 and a male metal mold 14. The female metal mold 13 is provided with the pins 16, 16, of which one end is flexibly held through the springs 15, 15 and another end is projected in the metal mold being put to the end on the outer circumferential side end of the stator 2, to position the stator 2. Under said state, mold resin 11 is injected from a gate 17 to perform molding. After molding the metal mold is removed and a rotor assembly is inserted into the stator 2 to complete the assembly. Thereby the cavities 12, 13 communicating the mold resin surface with the stator end surface is formed, thereby enabling to perform the pressure-resistance test of the stator and the stator coil through said cavities. |
