PURPOSE:To raise responsiveness for transverse control by a method wherein a nut is fitted within a motor rotor, a feed screw is inserted into said nut and anchored to constitute integrally. CONSTITUTION:Into a fixed part 4, to which a stator 1 is fixed, a rotary cylinder 3 fixed with a rotor 2 is inserted to be rotatably held by a bearing 5. Into the rotary cylinder 3 a rotary nut 6 is inserted and fixed and into said nut 6 a feed screw 7 is inserted and anchored. Through said nut 6 and screw 7 the rotary movement of the rotary cylinder is converted into a linear movement. When the screw 7 is fixed to install the fixed part 4 on a table and such, the movement of the table can be controlled. Thereby the inertia can be minimized to perform transverse control with high responsiveness. |
