<p>PURPOSE:To form double insulation structure in preferable productivity by employing thermosetting resin instead of liquid compound and pressure molding the resin. CONSTITUTION:A stabilizer body 1 is anchored to the first shielding plate 3, is covered at the upper portion with the second shielding plate 4, and a stabilizer assembly 5 is thus formed. Mounting legs 6 electrically insulated are provided at the assembly 5, and the assembly 5 and the legs 6 are pressure molded integrally with thermosetting resin by transfer molding or injection molding. The plate 3 and the legs 6 may be connected through insulator 10. Thus, the legs are insulated from the stabilizer assembly, in double structure. Accordingly, it can improve the stability thereof and enhance the productivity.</p> |
