PURPOSE:To permit tubes for holding and carrying semiconductor devices to be readily and reliably fed by constituting the carrying and positioning apparatus for said tubes by a combination of intermittently rotating drums, guiding structures, moving belts, a cover and a stopper. CONSTITUTION:Semiconductor-storing tubes 11 are mounted in a row inside guiding structures 32 each having a moving belt 35 in its inner part. Each guiding structure 32 is located at the periphery of a drum 20 which has recessions made at equal intervals. When the drum 20 is intermittently rotated, the tubes 11 are fitted into the recessions successively. The fitted tubes are held by a stopper 39 and a cover 38. When each tube 11 reaches the magazine of semiconductor devices by the intermittent rotation of the drums 20, the semiconductor devices are placed into the tube 11. Said constitution permits the feed of the tubes to be simplified and the tubes to be carried without loss of time. |
